Saftiga kardemummabullar med dulce de leche - My Kitchen

Second, I am obsessed with cardamom. So really, it was a no-brainer. Cardamom buns (called kardemummabullar in Swedish) are perhaps my favorite fika item, and since writing Fika: The Art of the Swedish Coffee Break it’s a recipe that I experiment a lot with to make new renditions. In honor of the official Swedish Cinnamon Bun Day (celebrated every year on October 4th) this is one of those renditions Cardamom-flavored pulla called korvapuusti and buns (Finnish: pulla; Swedish: kardemummabröd, kardemummabullar) are commonly eaten in Finland and Sweden. Receptet ger ca 48 underbart goda bullar. Du behöver: 150 g smör 5 dl mjölk, gärna gammaldags 50 g jäst 1 1/2 dl strösocker Knappt 1,3 l vetemjöl ½ tsk salt 2 tsk nystött kardemumma. Fyllning: 125 g rumsvarmt smör ½ – 1 dl strösocker 2 msk kardemumma, nystött. Pensling och garnering: 1 ägg mandelspån eller Findus Kardemummabullar är precis så saftiga och oemotståndliga som riktigt goda bullar ska vara! Den perfekta stämningshöjaren till fikat, kalaset eller utflykten. Kardemummafyllning: Ingredienser 4 dl mjölk 150 g smör 50 g färsk jäst 1 1/2 dl strösocker 2 tsk nystötta kardemummakärnor 1 tsk malen kardemumma 1/2 tsk salt 10-12 dl vetemjöl 1 st ägg Ingredienser 50 gram jäst för ljusa degar 5 dl mjölk, standard 150 gram smör, rumsvarmt 0,5 tsk salt 1 dl strösocker 1,4 liter vetemjöl 3 tsk stött kardemumma Fyllning: 2 msk stött kardemumma 150 g smör 1 dl strösocker Garnering: 1 ägg till pensling 1 msk stött kardemumma 1 dl socker Väldigt goda och härligt kladdiga kardemummabullar.
