It played and sounded great.
I had them plugged because I thought they were a bit off but it turns out they were perfect and it was the body that was off. This is a "conversion neck" meaning it fits on a standard Strat and gives it a 24.75" Gibson scale. Very comfortable to play.

I had to sell it to pay some bills, but I wouldn't hesitate doing it again. Next time around whenever that is, I may go with a USA Custom Guitars 25" scale neck to get just a little more tension. The first one in the photo below is a MIM Fender Standard Tele with a Musikraft one-piece maple, 25 1/8" (25.125) conversion neck (prototype), and the bottom one is a MIM Fender '72 Reissue Thinline Tele with Warmoth 24 3/4" (24.75) conversion neck, Pau Ferro on Maple.
Truss rod adjustment is on the butt end. The frets are in fair shape they have been leveled and polished.Decent playing neck don t know who made it.

Not a knock on Warmoth, the neck was extremely high quality. I would HIGHLY recommend Anderson Short Ts. The Squier Vintage Modified Thinline Tele has 24.75" scale. I have no idea why, but it feels weird! To me, one of the things that defines a Fender guitar (along with a 6 a side headstock) is the 25.5" scale. Mess with that & you change the feel, the sound, & you take away some of it's innate Fenderyness (if there is such a word). Top Menu.
